STEP 6 – OUTDOORS WITH LAVENDER

broken image

Who does not love getting out in the sunshine once in a while? Spending time in the sun is excellent for your health.

But sometimes, we overdo our exposure and end up with pink or even red skin.

When that happens to you, support healthy skin and soothe your exposed skin with this easy spray (no rubbing necessary)!

AFTER TOO MUCH SUNSHINE SPRAY RECIPE

Combine the following in a two-ounce glass spray bottle:

• 12 drops LAVENDER Essential Oil

• 12 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

• 6 drops Geranium Essential Oil

• 4 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Shake and spray on areas of concern. Tip: keep in the fridge to promote extra soothing and cooling.

Maybe, along with the sunshine, you ended up with some irritated breathing—coughing, sneezing, feeling congestion, or a stuffy nose, with seasonal or outdoor breathing irritations. What to do?

Combine three drops each of LAVENDER, Lemon, and Peppermint Essential Oils in a capsule to support open airways and easy breathing.

Or if it’s those awful, itchy, irritated areas where you may have had a bug bother your skin? Apply one drop LAVENDER to soothe irritation.

QUESTION – WHICH ONE OF THESE WAYS WOULD YOU USE LAVENDER THE MOST?
