STEP 7 – STRESS RELIEF WITH LAVENDER

broken image

Due to its calming and relaxing properties, LAVENDER is a great support for reducing feelings of stress or tension.

Apply topically to back of neck, temples, or areas of muscle tension for soothing relief. Diffuse alone or with the Grounding Blend.

Enjoy relaxing, unwinding, and relieving the stress of your day by adding three to five drops of LAVENDER to your bath. Fill the tub, add your LAVENDER, and then swirl throughout.

Or to have some fun and relax, try these homemade bath bombs!

LAVENDER BATH BOMBS RECIPE

• 1 c. Citric Acid

• 1 1/2 c. Baking Soda

• 1/2 c. Coconut Oil

• 10–15 drops LAVENDER Essential Oil

• Ice Cube Tray or Silicone Mold

Grab a medium bowl, whisk the Citric Acid and Baking Soda together, then add Coconut Oil and LAVENDER with a spatula or a spoon. Mixture should just hold together when you press it between two fingers.

Next, press the mixture into your ice cube tray or mold. Let dry for 24 hours or, if using the molds, you can place in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Then, turn the oven off and let the bombs continue to dry for an hour. Remove from oven. Cool completely before removing carefully. If the bombs are crumbly or falling apart, let them dry longer, even overnight.
