STEP 4 – SLEEP SUPPORT WITH LAVENDER

One of the most common uses for LAVENDER is in support of healthy, deep sleep.

It is important for our bodies to rest and reach REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. This is the stage where much healing, cellular repair, and recuperation takes place.

LAVENDER’S calming, sedative, and relaxing properties are the perfect compliment for winding down from the day and encouraging a restful state. LAVENDER can be used on its own, applied topically to your feet, taken internally, or diffused to support sleep.

LAVENDER is also an ingredient in many sleep-promoting blends such as our Restful Blend, Grounding Blend, and Focus Blend.

Consider spritzing LAVENDER on your pillow before bedtime. Combine 10–15 drops LAVENDER and water in a glass 8-ounce spray bottle.

Or make a convenient roller ball to roll on the back of your neck or bottom of your feet!

SLEEP TIGHT ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 5 drops LAVENDER Essential Oil

• 3 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil

• 3 drops Juniper Berry Essential Oil

Use in a 10 ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Diffusing LAVENDER is also a great way to support sleep. Add one to five drops to diffuser.
